WHY THE SEED FOUNDATION AWARDS?

On the occasion of its fifth anniversary, the Fund organizes the SEED Foundation Award. We want to reward innovative actions, based on agricultural development and agribusiness in Africa, and thus contribute to sustainable development of rural areas.

WHO CAN COMPETE?

Any French organization of general interest (associations, NGOs, …) that can issue tax receipts CERFA and working alongside a local partner (the local partner must be an African non-profit organization). Note: The Awards are open to all organizations, whether or not already received support from the Fund.

WHAT ARE THE CATEGORIES ?

Applicants may propose a folder for each of the following categories:

• The Audience Award “fertile land”: 4,000 € will reward an initiative that aims to improve local agricultural production at large.

• The Price “Land and sector”:4,000 € will reward an innovative approach in the processing and marketing affecting the entire industry to connect family agriculture markets.

• The Prize “Future of the Land”: 6000 € will honor a successful funding initiative so that agricultural innovations and impacts beyond the scope of the project.

The finalists
