Raise children’s awareness on the issues of farmer, agriculture and solidarity
The partnership with the association Les Enfants de la Goutte d’Or
Every Wednesday, the association Les Enfants de la Goutte d’Or organizes a gardening workshop for children in the collective garden l’Univert whose association Halage is in charge. Once a month, SEED Foundation co-hosts the workshop and raises awareness of children’s on agriculture and solidarity through games and crafts.
A new theme: biodiversity
On the occasion of this unprecedented partnership, and in order to make the most of the collective garden, SEED Foundation has developed a new theme around biodiversity. The children are invited to question themselves and to take an interest in the role of the insects and the birds, they learn to take care of the garden and to preserve the fauna which lives it. Always in connection with the actions of SEED Foundation in Africa, awareness sessions take a different form with the proximity of the garden.

The volunteer in charge of sensitization brings a breath with new fun ideas: the children become aware of the diversity of the beings that surround them, learn to know them and to respect them.Annick TregoatAnimator of the gardening workshop at Univert
