Discover sponsorship with SEED Foundation

A commitment that appeals to companies

For more than 8 years SEED Foundation has been welcoming entrepreneurs who want to join a dynamic network of corporate sponsors with the ambition to support African farmers groups.

Being a patron today is a gesture within the reach of all businesses, regardless of its size: sponsorship is an act of generosity by donating to projects of general interest for an ethical commitment. This turnkey partnership takes different forms: the financial donation, the donation of competence by offering the skills of your employees, the in kind donation (premises, furniture, products, services), the product sharing operations by donating part of your benefit on a sale.

How to start sponsorship?

5 key steps

Define your priorities for action

Together, we exchange on your internal needs and your capacities (financing, skills, technology, equipment …). We answer your questions efficiently: what’s the use? What impact? What benefits?

Formalize the partnership by a contract

It defines the nature, duration and possible counterparts of our partnership.

Monitor and evaluate the project

SEED Foundation animates the partnership relationship with the supported projects (information, exchanges, field trips, …). The patron can visit the supported project.

Communicate on your sponsorship

Together we value your commitment by giving visibility to the projects supported and we will assist you in the creation of your valuation media

Tax-exemption on donations

We will provide you with a donation receipt that certifies the amount of the donation. The patronage of competence or in kind donation will also be tax-exempt on the basis of an evaluation of the time spent or the goods donated or made available. Tax exemption represents 60% of the donation amount within the limit of 5 ‰ (5 per thousand) of the annual turnover excluding tax (ceiling applied to all payments made). If the ceiling is exceeded, it is possible to carry forward the surplus over the next 5 years.
